Job Description: The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning all aspects of a production-oriented business, including production and inventory management, customer service, logistics, accounting, and sales. The ideal candidate is a business school graduate who is eager to learn multiple facets of a business with a mid-size company that is anticipating more significant growth over the next several years. This individual would excel with problem-solving, efficiency, management, and has some entrepreneurial tendencies. They must be good with people, have a thirst for learning, and would have the opportunity to work with the owner in a business that is getting ready to build a new facility. So it is an exciting time for the company.

• Learn all aspects of the business, including production and inventory management, customer service, logistics, accounting, and sales.
• Work with the owner to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
• Provide administrative support to upper management and supervisors.
• Oversee employees and evaluate work.
• Ensure new employees are properly trained.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and management skills.
• Entrepreneurial tendencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curious and hungry to learn.
